The guest register the law asks for, done online
Under the Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972, holiday lets must record every guest aged 16 or over. HostSorted lets guests fill it in on their phone, keeps it secure and deletes it after 12 months.

Guests register on their phone
Switch on online registration and a "Register your stay" button appears on your house guide. Guests add everyone in their party; overseas guests are asked for passport details and their next address, as the law requires.
Private and secure
Passport numbers and addresses are encrypted. Only you and your managing team can see the register, and entries are deleted automatically 12 months after departure, so you keep what the law asks for and no more.
House rules guests agree to
Guests read your rules before they arrive, tick each one, confirm how many are coming and sign with their name. If more people are coming than the property sleeps, we email you straight away, and the signed agreement goes into any damage claim pack.
Add guests yourself, export any time
Record guests who booked by phone, and download the register as a CSV if the police ever ask to see it.
Alarm test log and fire action notice
Log smoke and carbon monoxide alarm tests (cleaners can do it too), and print a fire action notice for the back of the door, filled in from your house guide. Both are free on every plan.
