Pricing questions
What happens after the free trial?
Your first property stays free forever, with every check, reminder, the guest safety page and the guest register. To add more properties or keep using the house guide, changeovers, maintenance, money and guestbook tools, choose Host, which also includes a website for each property. Nothing is deleted if you stay on Free.
Do I need a card to start?
No. You only add a card if you choose a paid plan.
How does Agency billing work?
The Agency plan is £1 per property a month, with a minimum of 29 properties. As you add or remove properties, your subscription updates automatically and the difference is charged or credited on your next invoice.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time from Plan and billing. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
Which plans include property websites?
Host, Pro and Agency, and you can try one during your free trial. Each property gets its own website with live availability from your linked calendars, instant quotes and booking requests. You take payment directly from the guest, and HostSorted takes no booking fee. For a multi-page website on your own domain with instant booking, ask about a premium website, or compare the website options.
Do team members and owners pay?
No. People you invite to your account, including property owners, use it free.
