Live availability, straight from your calendars
Availability comes from the Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo calendars you have already linked in HostSorted, so booked nights are blocked on your site automatically. There is nothing to update by hand.

Instant quotes, then a request to book
As soon as guests pick dates they see the full price, worked out from your nightly rate, weekend rate and cleaning fee. If the dates work, they send you a booking request with their details and a message.

You approve every booking
Each request lands in your inbox and on the property's Website tab. Accept or decline with a personal note, and the guest gets an email straight away. Accepted dates go into a calendar link you add to Airbnb and the other platforms, so those nights close everywhere.
Set up in minutes
Upload up to ten photos at a time, drag them into order and add captions. Write your description with our listing description builder, tick your amenities, and set your prices, check-in times and house rules. Publish when you are happy, and preview it first.
Reviews that prove where they came from
Switch on the Guestbook section and your virtual guestbook appears on the site with its own menu link and a full guestbook page. Every entry is labelled: written by the guest, shared by you, or a photo of the book at the property.
