The barn sits at the edge of a small flint village, with open views across the salt marsh to the sea. Inside, the original oak trusses soar over an open-plan living room, kitchen and dining room, with a wall of glass on the garden side so the light changes all day.
There are four bedrooms: a vaulted main bedroom with an en suite, a second king, a twin, and a bunk room that children love. Two bathrooms and a downstairs shower room mean nobody queues in the morning.
Outside there is a private walled garden, a terrace with a wood-fired hot tub and outdoor dining for eight, and parking for two cars. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, and there is a boot room with a dog shower for after the beach.

A proper cook's kitchen with a range cooker, dishwasher, coffee machine and a long oak table that seats ten. Doors open onto the terrace.
Main bedroom
Super-king bed under the vaulted ceiling, with marsh views and an en suite shower room.

Full-size bunk beds, a toy chest and a window seat. Perfect for children, fine for adults.
Bathrooms
A family bathroom with a roll-top bath and shower, the en suite, and a downstairs shower room by the boot room.
Outside
Walled garden, a terrace with a wood-fired hot tub, outdoor table for eight, barbecue and parking for two cars.
